Copyright and License

Authors who publish in Journal of Science and Education Development (JSED) agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright

    • Authors retain copyright of their articles.

    • Authors grant JSED the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

  2. License

    • Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, readers are free to:

      • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.

      • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material.

    • The above rights are permitted for non-commercial purposes only, with the requirement of proper attribution to the author(s) and the journal.

    • Commercial use of the content requires prior permission from the author(s) and the publisher.

  3. Author’s Rights

    • Authors are allowed to deposit their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other databases with proper citation to the published version in JSED.

    • Authors may enter into separate, additional agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the published version (e.g., in a book or edited volume), provided that the original publication in JSED is acknowledged.

  4. Publisher’s Responsibilities

    • JSED ensures the permanent availability and accessibility of published articles.

    • The journal is committed to digital preservation and long-term archiving of all published works.
