Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • Articles can be written in Indonesian or English, with abstracts in English.

  • Authors are required to use the official MS Word or LaTeX template provided on the journal’s website.

  • All submissions must be made through the online submission system (email submissions are not accepted).

2. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be arranged in the following order:

  1. Title – concise and informative, maximum 15 words.

  2. Author(s) and Affiliation(s) – including email of the corresponding author.

  3. Abstract – 150–250 words, written in English, containing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

  4. Keywords – 3–5 words or phrases.

  5. Introduction – background, problem formulation, research gap, objectives, and contribution/novelty.

  6. Literature Review (if applicable) – theoretical framework and previous studies.

  7. Research Method – methods, data, procedures, and analysis.

  8. Results and Discussion – findings supported by data, analysis, and interpretation.

  9. Conclusion – summary of results, implications, and recommendations for future research.

  10. Acknowledgments – optional.

  11. References – must follow APA Style (7th edition).

3. Formatting Guidelines

  • Paper size: A4 (210 x 297 mm).

  • Length: 6–15 pages, including tables, figures, and references.

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.

  • Margins: Top 2.5 cm, Bottom 2.5 cm, Left 3 cm, Right 2.5 cm.

  • Tables and Figures: Must be numbered and clearly titled, placed within the text.

  • Citations & References: Authors must use APA Style (7th edition). Reference managers such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote are strongly recommended.

4. Review and Publication Process

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.

  • The review process is completed within 30 days, and an Acceptance Letter (LoA) is issued for accepted manuscripts.

  • Articles are published in the scheduled issues: May and December.

5. Publication Ethics

Authors must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics. Plagiarism, duplicate submission, and research misconduct are strictly prohibited and will result in rejection.

6. Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • Submission Fee: Free of charge.

  • APC: IDR 200,000 per accepted article (payable only after acceptance).

  • Waiver requests can be submitted to the editorial board and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Copyright and License

  • Authors retain copyright of their work.

  • All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

Important: Manuscripts not following the template or failing to meet these guidelines may be returned without review.
