AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Manuscript Submission Guidelines – International Journal of Economic, Agribusiness and Development Studies (IJEAD)
- Originality and Scope
Manuscripts submitted to IJEAD must be original, unpublished works that are not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions may include research articles, reviews, or theoretical papers that contribute to knowledge in areas such as regional and natural resource economics, agribusiness, management, rural development, and social aspects of economic growth. We particularly encourage papers that present innovative findings from collaborative national or international research projects. - Language and Format
All manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English. Authors should follow the journal’s formatting template, which can be downloaded from the journal’s website. - Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should include the following sections, without numbered headings: - Title: Written in capital letters in English.
- Author Information: Names (without academic titles), institutional affiliation, and corresponding author’s email.
- Abstract and Keywords: Abstract (150–250 words) summarizing the problem, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions, followed by relevant keywords.
- Introduction
- Research Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusions and Recommendations
- References
Sub-sections may be added where necessary. - Tables and Figures
All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals, include a clear title, and, if necessary, explanatory captions. - Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted via email to the editorial office at [insert journal email]. All editorial correspondence, including decisions and revision requests, will be conducted electronically. - Article Categories
Authors must specify one of the following categories when submitting their manuscript: - Research Paper: Original research results, including model development, data analysis, or empirical studies.
- Technical Paper: Evaluation of technical methods, products, or services.
- Conceptual Paper: Theoretical or hypothesis-driven papers focusing on conceptual discussions and comparative analyses.
- Case Study: Descriptive accounts of real-world practices, interventions, or teaching case scenarios.
- Revision Policy
Revised manuscripts must be returned within one month of receiving editorial feedback. Submissions returned after this period will be treated as new submissions. Final revisions of accepted manuscripts must be resubmitted within one week of receiving the final editorial request. - References
References should follow APA 6th edition style, listed alphabetically by the first author’s surname. At least 25 references are required, with 85% from peer-reviewed journals published within the last 10 years. Authors are strongly encouraged to cite IJEAD articles where relevant. The use of Mendeley Reference Manager is highly recommended.
